Beginning with my initial conversations with Dillon and into the jobsite meetings with Zach, Eddy and Russell, everyone did a really good job. It was clearly evident that a significant amount of planning was done on the front end by your team, which allowed you to execute to the schedule and startup the line about 12 hours early.
Doug worked closely with us in the pre-planning stages to develop a budget and schedule to meet our needs. Phil’s timely engineering enabled us to meet an aggressive schedule. Mike and his millwright crew managed a safe and efficient installation.
The project management was well organized, the engineering was on point, and the field team was excellent. I especially appreciated the prompt reaction to the few issues we encountered – it really showed your customer focus.
Wow… As I sit in my office back here in Houston and even try to contemplate all the events of this past week my head immediately begins to hurt. Mike Brandt, project leader for GENESYS provided a very professional atmosphere and completed the job in a safe and timely manner.
